Refund Policy
Because we sell digital items that are delivered to you in-game, our refund policy works as follows:
Before delivery
If you have not yet received your item in-game, you can request a full refund. Contact us in our Discord with your order number and we'll process it quickly.
After delivery
Once an item has been delivered to your Grow a Garden 2 account in-game, the sale is final and the item is non-refundable, as digital in-game items cannot be returned.
Wrong username
You are responsible for entering the correct in-game username at checkout. If an item is delivered to a username you provided, we consider the order fulfilled. We cannot refund items lost to a mistyped username.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket in our Discord with your order number and the email used at checkout. Eligible pre-delivery refunds are issued to your original payment method.
