Track your order

Use the “View your order” link in your order confirmation email to see your order status at any time. If you created an account, you can also view orders from your account page.

Delivery is manual

Items are delivered by hand in-game to the Grow a Garden 2 username you provided. Most orders are delivered within a few hours; busy periods may take longer.

If your order is taking longer than expected or something looks wrong, message us in our Discord with your order number and we'll sort it out.
