How does delivery work?

Every item is delivered to you inside Grow a Garden 2. After you order, we deliver the item in-game to the username you provided at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is manual and usually completed within a few hours. During busy periods it can take longer. If you haven't received your item, reach out in our Discord with your order number.

What is a Grow a Garden 2 username and where do I find it?

It's your in-game / Roblox username — the name other players see on your account. Make sure it matches exactly, including capitalization.

What if I typed my username wrong?

We deliver to exactly the username you enter. A wrong or misspelled username means we can't deliver and the item may not be recoverable. Please double-check before ordering. If you catch a typo immediately, message us in Discord before delivery.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see your card details.
